The Tuesday and Saturday 2330 UTC teleprinter bulletins include

Teleprinter transmissions are 45.45 baud Baudot, 110 baud ASCII,
and 100 baud AMTOR, FEC mode.
The CW bulletins are sent at 18 wpm.
In case of an emergency, monitor W1AW for special voice bulletins
on the hour, teleprinter 15 minutes past the hour, and CW at half
past the hour.
